Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Deveopment Authority (SCIDpda) hosted an outdoor Asian Pacific American (APA) Arts & Crafts Fair in Hing Hay Park, a beloved and centrally located park in Seattle’s Chinatown International District. Usually held inside at Hing Hay Coworks, the outdoor event was an opportunity to safely bring the community back into public spaces and provided a platform for 18 small and local APA makers and crafters to showcase and sell their work. Vendors featured unique items from ceramics and art prints to jewelry, stickers, and candles.
